Rates and conditions 2024

Weekly rates for a holiday apartment:

• Mandatory charge for final cleaning 50,00 EUR

• Rates are inclusive of electricity, water, gas, bed-linen, towels, kitchen towels. Also included are Air Condition & Heating, Internet Wi-Fi 24/7 and a safe, private car parking space in the shade. There are no other costs.

• Arrival and departure days are usually SATURDAYS. Different days and longer or shortes stays are possible according to availability. Please contact us.

• Moving into an apartment is possible after 4 p.m., leaving time on departure day is by 10 a.m. latest. Different arrival and departing times can be agreed according to availability - usually only in the short term.

• To confirm a reservation a deposit payment of 10-30% of the rental fee is required. The deposit and the cancellation fees depend on the season.
